A stairwell to be proud of

The stairwell is the first thing everyone sees. We keep it clean on a schedule we stick to, for housing cooperatives (BRF), property owners and property managers.

What's included

All the way from the entrance to the loft

Weekly or every other week, with a fixed price per property. Many property managers and housing cooperatives require their cleaning contractor to have a collective agreement. We have one, through Almega.

Good to know

Common questions from boards

How often is the stairwell cleaned?

On a schedule we put together with you, every week or every other week. And we keep to the schedule. That is usually exactly why housing cooperatives switch to us.

What does stairwell cleaning include?

Stairs and landings are swept and mopped. We take care of the entrance, with its floor, doors, glass and notice board, and the lift, with its floor, walls, mirrors and buttons. If the property has more shared areas, we add them to the plan.

Can we get a quote as a housing cooperative?

Yes, it costs nothing and there is no obligation. Tell us how many stairwells and floors you have, and you will get a clear price to take to the board meeting.

Are your staff covered by a collective agreement?

Yes, through Almega. We have F-tax registration (F-skatt) and liability insurance, and you can get documentation on request. That tends to be exactly what a board needs to show.
